H.E.A.L.
(Health, Exercise, Arts, Literacy)

With the increasing epidemic of chronic diseases in children and adults, we provide outreach programs in efforts of educating the community on health related issues as a creative way of encouraging preventative care at an early age. RollinBuckeyez Foundation supports initiatives that encourage individuals to maintain a healthy lifestyle and alternatives to traditional exercise.

H.E.A.L is set to provide 10 hours of training, which is a foundation that focuses on the mental, physical, and social development of youth. We blend a combination of skating, art, and music to engage youth throughout the course. By engaging the youth in the H.E.A.L program they will be able to take the skills that they have learned and use them throughout their lives.

Roller Skating

RBF focuses on using roller skating, a fun and safe activity, as a way to bring physical exercise and skill building to the communities that need it the most. Roller skating is also a way to interact with others in the community by meeting new people, listening to music, and having fun. Roller skating is an activity that children and adults can enjoy together, which can strengthen family relationships. Roller skating works all of the major muscle groups, making it a complete aerobic workout. You can burn 300-600 calories per hour while roller skating.

Biking

Biking is a top-notch cardio workout where you can burn about 400 calories per hour. Plus it strengthens your lower body, including your legs, hips, and glutes. Biking is a low impact workout, making it easy on your joints. Other benefits of biking include increasing your endurance and reducing the risk of injury in your legs.
